Flinders Ranges World Her­itage bid submitted

The Flinders Ranges – home to the ear­li­est evi­dence of ani­mal life dat­ing back more than half a bil­lion years – has been sub­mit­ted for con­sid­er­a­tion for World Her­itage list­ing, in a major step for­ward to pro­tect the state’s tru­ly unique wonder.
