Parks in the Yorke Peninsula and Eastern Eyre Peninsula Fire Ban Districts will be closed on Saturday 24 January due to catastrophic fire danger. Seal Bay Conservation Park on Kangaroo Island, Belair National Park and State Flora Belair, Cleland National Park, Cleland Wildlife Park and Mounty Lofty Summit Gift Shop and Para Wirra Conservation Park in Mt Lofty Ranges will be closed due to extreme fire danger conditions. Full closure of Mount Lofty Ranges – national parks and sites

Some national parks and Department for Environment and Water (DEW) sites in the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges foothills will be closed Saturday 24 January 2026 due to extreme fire danger conditions. The closures start at midnight and will be in place for 24 hours.
