Track closure at Googs Track

Googs Track, with­in the Yum­bar­ra Con­ser­va­tion Park, Yellabin­na Region­al Reserve & Wilder­ness Pro­tec­tion Area will be CLOSED from 6am 1 Decem­ber 2025 until mid­night on 16 March, 2026. 

The pur­pose of the clo­sure is to ensure pub­lic safe­ty dur­ing the sum­mer months, when extreme day­light tem­per­a­tures are like­ly to be experienced.

Camp­sites are closed and trav­el­ing is pro­hib­it­ed dur­ing this period. 

We look foward to see­ing you in these parks dur­ing the cool­er months.
