Introduced European honey bees occur in the park and are attracted to available water to drink. To reduce risk of bee sting, keep food and drink containers covered and inaccessible to honey bees.
- Mount Remarkable National Park
Mount Remarkable National Park continues to recover following the Wilmington fire. Most of the park is now open, except a section of Alligator Gorge and some backpacker campsites.
- Acraman Creek Conservation Park
The eastern entrance off Flinders Highway to Acaraman Creek Conservation Park is closed due to sand covering the local council road. Entry via Point Brown road only until further notice.
