Full closure of Para Wirra Conservation Park

Para Wirra Conservation Park will be closed for public safety from Sunday 1pm 1 June until Friday 11.30am 6 June 2025 to conduct a pest control program.
PIRSA with support from Forestry SA, National Parks and Wildlife Service, the Landscape Boards and SA Water will be conducting a Aerial Feral Deer Control program to support eradication of feral deer in in the Northern Adelaide Hills area over public and private land between Para Wirra, Cudlee Creek and Mount Crawford and surrounding areas throughout the Northern Mt Lofty Ranges.
For the safety of the public and staff undertaking the program, the Para Wirra Conservation Park will be closed to the public from 1pm Sunday the 1 June 2025 until 11:30am Friday 6 June 2025. No access will be permitted to the park whilst this program is being undertaken.
