Full closure of Gawler Ranges National Park

Gawler Ranges Nation­al Park will be closed from 6am Fri­day 23 Octo­ber to 12pm Sun­day 1 Novem­ber 2026 for pub­lic safe­ty dur­ing a pest con­trol program.

• All pub­lic access roads will be closed except for Yardea Road, which trav­els through the park.
• All camp­grounds will be closed dur­ing these times (Scrub­by Peak, Yandin­ga, Wagan­ny, Kolay Hut, Pon­dan­na Out­sta­tion, Chillu­nie and Mat­tera Campgrounds)
