Part closure of Various Parks - Riverland & Murraylands

Con­tin­ued rain­falls and cool tem­per­a­tures over the recent weeks have caused the clay tracks and camp­sites to become sat­u­rat­ed and inac­ces­si­ble to all vehi­cles. As a result sev­er­al camp­sites and day use areas have been closed until 12pm 23 July,or until con­di­tions improve. Rangers will con­tin­ue to mon­i­tor track and camp­site con­di­tions and reopen sites as they dry out. 

See below list of parks/​areas that are closed until 12pm 23 July:

Kingston: 3 – 4 CLOSED (open 1 & 2)

Loch Luna: OPEN

Kaiser Strip: 6, 10 – 14 CLOSED (open 1 – 5, 7, 8, 9)

Chow­illa: CLOSED until 25^th July (aer­i­al shoot)

Lyrup: 1, 13 – 32 CLOSED (open 2 – 12)

Katara­p­ko: 5 – 13, 47 – 55 CLOSED (open 1 – 4, 14 – 46) 

Mor­gan: 13 – 15 CLOSED con­struc­tion (open 1 – 12)
