Part closure of Various Parks - Riverland & Murraylands

Rain­fall in the River­land has made many clay roads and tracks into many camp­sites inac­ces­si­ble to vehi­cles. Vis­i­tors may become bogged and stuck for some time because retrieval is also not a viable option.

See below the list of camp­sites that are closed until 1 July:

Mur­ray Riv­er Nation­al Park

• Katara­p­ko: Camp­sites 1 – 14, 26 – 31, 39 – 40, 45 – 55 closed
• Lyrup Flats: Camp­sites 1, 13 – 32 closed

Loch Luna and Moorook Game Reserves

• Loch Luna camp­ground: All camp­sites closed
• Kaiser Strip camp­ground: Sites 10 – 14 closed
