Part closure of Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park

Ikara-Flinders Ranges Nation­al Park will be par­tial­ly closed from 6am, Sun­day 12 Feb­ru­ary until 9pm, Sun­day 19 Feb­ru­ary 2023 to ensure the safe­ty of the pub­lic dur­ing a pest con­trol and mon­i­tor­ing pro­gram with­in the park. All camp­grounds will be closed, exclud­ing Wilpe­na Pound Resort campground. 

The below areas remain open:

Hawk­er to Blin­man Road;

Hawk­er to Arka­roola (Wirre­al­pa) Road;

Sacred Canyon Road;

Brachi­na Gorge Road (open for through traf­fic only – no stopping);

Bun­yeroo Gorge Road (open for through traf­fic only – no stopping);

Wilpe­na Pound Resort and campground
