Trail closure at Ikara-Flinders Ranges National Park

From 9pm Tues­day 1 Novem­ber 2022 until 5am Tues­day 31 Octo­ber 2023 var­i­ous trails will be closed overnight.

The below trails will be closed night­ly between 9:00pm and 5:00am

- Tre­zona Track
- Mount Sun­der­land Track
- Rifle Range Track
- Old Blin­man Track
- Jones Camp Track
- Tele­graph Track
- Tele­graph Track
- *St Mary Peak (out­side trail)
- *Cooin­da Track
- Pound Gap Track

These trails will be closed night­ly between the fol­low­ing times:
•9:00 pm to 5:00 am between Tues­day 1 Novem­ber 2022 and Tues­day 31 Jan­u­ary 2023
•8:30 pm to 5:00 am between Tues­day 31 Jan­u­ary 2023 and Tues­day 28 Feb­ru­ary 2023
•8:00 pm to 5:00 am between Tues­day 28 Feb­ru­ary 2023 and Sun­day 30 April 2023
•6:00 pm to 5:00 am between Sun­day 30 April 2023 and Mon­day 31 July 2023
•6:30 pm to 5:00 am between Mon­day 31 July 2023 and Sat­ur­day 30 Sep­tem­ber 2023
•8:30 pm to 5:00 am between Sat­ur­day 30 Sep­tem­ber 2023 and Tues­day 31 Octo­ber 2023

All tracks and walk­ing trails will remain open out­side of these times.

The pur­pose of the par­tial clo­sure is to ensure the safe­ty of the pub­lic dur­ing a pest con­trol and mon­i­tor­ing pro­gram with­in the park.
